Furniture

The specialized division „Furniture“ focuses on testing related to safety requirements, the serviceability and the ergonomics of furniture and furniture components for all types of applications (domestic, office, contract use).  Testing is conducted in the course of the product development processes for quality assurance purposes and in the context of the preparation of expert’s reports.

Testing and inspection

The specialized division “Furniture” is accredited to perform testing of furniture. In particular the following test procedures are included (limited selections, additional tests methods are offered upon request):

Expert’s reports are prepared for products on the basis of guidelines of the Austrian Ecolabel:
