We offer comprehensive testing and examination options for all types of windows, doors, and facades as well as for individual components such as window profiles, fittings, sun protection devices, mounting systems and the like in our own test centre at our location in Stetten bei Korneuburg. The testing and experimental facilities are specially tailored to the needs of the industry, and e.g. particularly large elements (6 m x 5.2 m) can be tested even under extremely high loads and demanding requirements. The flexibility of the facilities and creativity of the employees also allow unusual prototypes or special requests to be tested or examined.

The focus is on the test options for air permeability, watertightness against driving rain, and resistance to wind load, supplemented by test options for permanent function, handling, mechanical properties, window and building connection etc.

Burglary resistance testing equipment for determining static and dynamic loads up to resistance class WK/RC 6 as well as trained personnel for manual burglary.

Fittings
We offer testing options for security fittings, fire protection fittings, (multi-point locking) locks, escape door locks, locking cylinders and locking sequence controls.

Window test rig
High-performance test stand with air volumes from 0.2 m³/h to 3000 m³/h and test pressures from ± 10 Pa to ± 5000 Pa ± 5% with additional irrigation and climatic chamber with a temperature range from –20°C to +60°C.
Facade test stand
Suitable for large area elements up to 6 m x 5.2 m (W x H) with air volumes from 1 m³/h to 800 m³/h ± 5% and test pressures from ± 30 Pa to ± 4000 Pa ± 5% with additional irrigation.
EH test stand
Test equipment for determining the static and dynamic load up to resistance class WK/RC 6 as well as trained personnel for manual burglary.
Continuous operation test stands
For turn and turn-tilt windows, doors and fittings with controlled movement and up to 1 million cycles.
Fitting test stands
Devices e.g. for continuous function up to 1 million cycles, load tests up to 50 kN, drilling and chisel test, corrosion test chamber (salt spray) for samples up to 1 m long.
Differential climatic chamber
Up to 6 doors can be tested at the same time or a component measuring 2.5 m x 2.5 m with a wide variety of indoor and outdoor climates. The temperature spectrum ranges from - 15 ° C to + 45 ° C and the air humidity spectrum from 20% r.L. up to 90% r.L., additional radiant heat up to 85 ° C and UV exposure of the surfaces.
