Findings as statement of facts
In the event of damage, complaints, or renovation work, the documentation of structural conditions, appearances, and measured values is usually very important. It serves the preservation of evidence and stocktaking before changes are made. This documentation can be used later, even if renovation has already taken place. Our findings may in certain cases also form the basis for expert's reports from other experts which we supplement with our expertise in building with timber. We carry out neutral surveys of facts in construction practice. Using our measuring equipment as well as our knowledge from practice, standardization, and research, measured values and information are collected and documented in a comprehensible manner.
Expert's reports and renovation proposals
We provide our expertise as a neutral institute in our expert's reports as a technical opinion on factual findings. All available information and applicable regulations are included in doing so. We resort to our archive with standards, guidelines, and literature as well as our expertise. We create comprehensible conclusions about the causes of damage and professional remediation concepts. The implementation of the remediation is accompanied in the construction practice. Quality control tests can be carried out in doing so. Our experts mainly work out of court, which often precludes court cases. In individual cases, the courts consult us as experts.
