Serial remediation concepts
In contrast to previous research projects, the main focus of this project is on the development of comprehensive renovation concepts for lightweight structures, taking into account sustainable, ecological use of materials, passive house or plus-energy technology, respectively, serial/industrial feasibility, broad resident acceptance, and the economic ancillary conditions.
The developed concepts should consist of highly prefabricated elements with integrated building technology in order to ensure serial implementation and thus comprehensive distribution.
